Sophia's Breath Gallery

Where Artistic Creation and the Spiritual Journey Meet in the Human Heart

Sophia's Breath Gallery is the section of our website devoted to the spiritual expression of AGCA members, friends from other Gnostic traditions, and fellow-travelers from all religious paths. We invite all individuals visiting this website to submit their poetry, short stories, essays, visual art, and short audio files of music or spoken word art by contacting the AGCA Central Office. In your e-mail, please indicate how and if you would like to be identified as the author of your work. Because we are currently looking for submissions, we have temporarily included some historical works touching on spiritual journeys along with works by our members.

(A brief interjection – St. Mary Magdalene, the Apostola Apostolorum or "Apostle to the Apostoles" is a very important figure in the Gnostic religion. If you are interested in Mary, you may want to peruse the Gospel of Mary, an ancient Gnostic text that was rediscovered around the turn of the twentieth century.)
